End of First Week

Got all 3 workouts in this week.  Doesn't sound like much but I was traveling and still got them in as scheduled. I'm taking it as an accomplishment.  Diet is still week though and I haven't been tracking that.  Will need to improve on that area and would like to add at least one more day in the gym next week (cardio day I think).

Back in the gym

Got both workouts in this week as planned. Diet has been a bit week though.  Need to really focus on that.  Still, at least I got back into the gym.  And I was traveling all week!

Took a 5+mile walk/hike today. Not too long but good way to start the week in the beautiful Colorado sun.

Starting off

Okay, time to get serious.  For years now I've allowed myself to become more and more out of shape. Now I'm disgusting. It's time to change and I'm hoping that this site will help in terms of accountability. I'm going to start out slow with a beginner workout, although I do know my way around the gym. I'm thinking that I just need to get back into the habit of working out and maintaining a good diet. I was there once and my goal for 2010 is to get back there.
