I did great today!

Ok well this week there were no workouts. BUT!...I have my calories un control now. Went and bought some yogurt, fruits, veggies and for those junkfood cravings I got come rice crips (cheddar)! Drinking lots of Pure green Tea! Also I switch to 1% milk instead of 2%. Soooo...Doing much better.

Side note: I never knew almonds had so many calories and fat! I thought they were good for weight loss! LOL

A great workout!

Today I learned I had muscles I never knew existed! My arms are a little tender when raised above my head and I'm still not feeling an energy increase yet. I did leg workout today. Ok so I did My workout. So far I ate small enough portions. But I got home from school and the bad mood WAS THERE! I was all of a sudden ready to give up on everything and run away. I'm still pretty upset right now. I don't know why I'm upset. The kids are getting on my nerves. Either way. Good workout, good diet so far, BAD day!

Ok so I went on and on ranting and raving this morning about how angry I was that I didn't have a ride to the gym! SCRATCH THAT!  I DID IT!
I went to the gym, did 20 minutes on the treadmill at a speed of OMG...wait for it.....3! Ha...

Ok! So I have this appointment out of Town right? And I planned to go to the gym BEFORE I left! But as I looked out the window I sadly realised that there was no freaking vehicle in the driveway! I desperately wanted to get into the gym today. Unless they get back soon, my day is pretty much effed up!
