Starting, again.

This is it, I'm not going to worry or stress about it. As per my status, the short story is that I want to be happy. The long story: I divorced my husband to end an awful relationship that was more pain and stress than benefit. I met a really great guy and he is such a strong person full of drive and fun, creativity and intelligence. Anyway, I have been so happy and making such progress. Day 1

Ok so today I did some research on a way to mentally prepare myself, focus and try to cut out stress. Some of the things that I have decided to focus on are:

Journal - Keep track of what triggers my anger (something I have an issue with) and what triggers me to want to eat (Fights, etc.) and learn to predict and over come them. Plus, you keep track of your progress.

Mantra - Come up with your mantra that will help focus you and keep you thinking of what you are doin...

The DH Diet

So tonight my better half and I sat down and talked about ways to improve our workout schedule (non-existant now) and eating habits (chips and bread, yum!) So I need to get my head out of my but and get this crap together. 

I keep saying that, I'm just going to do it, but it has never happened. Not yet.

Let's see what we can do this time.......You know I do like the idea of becoming a certified nutritionist or trainer eventually.......

Another step closer

Just a quick note before i'm off to Z land. I was actually proud of myself tonight. I hit the gym yesturday morning and then tonight at about 10 I decided to get in a bit of cardio, mostly cause I sat on my but all day. It made me feel great!

Oh! Also, my husband, Tom, said that he wants to go to the gym with me in the morning before work! I'm so happy! He dosn't need to loose weight like I do but he is training for  marathan coming up very soon!

So a quick post before I pass out, yes once again I am not in bed when I should be.

I came across this site and could not be MORE happy that I did! I think this is a great idea. I have a program silimar to this through my commercial gym but since I am quitting and switching to working out at school it will be a bit easier to keep track of what I am doing and if it works at all. Thanks in advance for any tips or tricks!
