  • Well, it is not a scheduled rest day; but yesterday I did a really hard workout that caused me to strain my back. Too much weight, or didn't do it properly.  Toss and turned all night. But, after a rest day I feel much better. Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to at least swim.

  • I do my weights in the morning and my cardio at night. I had read somewhere a long time ago that if your goal is strength and muscle mass you should do resistant training in the morning, if you goal is cardio/endurance you should do your cardio in the morning. Can't remember where I found this info but I do remember doing a lot of research into the subject.
