I am so frustrated. Have lost 50 pounds in the last 2 years. Have a trainer 3 x a week and work really hard at the gym. Am training for a 1/2 marathon in a week and run 4 to 5 times a week. AND HAVE NOT LOST a pound in 2 months...so frustrating. Am eating properly. I am 66, female and wondering if it is possible for an old lady to loose her midriff...getting discouraged...does anyone have any suggestions. I know about plateaus, but th...
