I am trying my best not to be a negative person; which was not at all obvious from my last posting. I won't make excusses for why I felt that way, however. I have to own those feelings and learn how to deal with them, not just burry them away. That being said, things are pretty much the same - I have continued to stay leved off in the 140s; even though my calories in/carories out have been right up to goal this week. There is so much wrong with me when it comes to my weight issues, I don't even know where to start. I am 5'5" currently 143. I know that is a healthy weight, and I should be happy with that. However, my goal weight is 135 - I was there 3 months ago, and as soon as I hit it, I jumped back up to the 140s and I can't get back down.
