Well, here I am, again...miserable.  Fatter than I have ever been.  I am at the point of not being able to do things well/comfortable.  Like....sitting here, I feel like I am beginning to slowly suffocate.  Just got out of the tub.  If I gain much more, I wont fit.  I am already squeezed in as tight as I can be, just about...can barely reach all areas of my legs to shave...so I hadn't in awhile....In my profile picture..I weighed about 211...gained that, t

Wow, after all this focus, hard work, watching it on our Galinburg trip over the weekend, my scale went up today.  I got on 3 times and got 3 different weights, so probably the scale is not working, but if it is, I don't get it.  I am at peace with it, but it is frustrating. By at peace I mean, I know I am eating well.  I am not going hungry.  I am making good choices and staying active.  I am getting compliments about my hair, the glow I have, and how nice I look.&nb

For a couple of days, I have been getting a message....Joyce Meyer said, "If you will do what you can do, God will do what you cannot do."  An article in the Fitness magazine I took to today's YMCA trip (GO ME!!)  had our olympic skier, can't remember her name, but it quoted her saying something like 'I know if I do the work, results will follow'.  Thanks, God!  I get it!!

Workin' on it!

Starting a commitment to myself for this workout.  I do 30 minutes on recumbent bike, 30 minutes on elliptical, ab workout, stretching, and sometimes arm strength training.  Takes about 2 1/2 hours.  I am lovin' it.  I play certain songs to get me to a higher exertion level. (Stressed out today.  Having a meltdown.  Am  hopeful, last meltdown resulted in 12 pound loss--A YEAR AGO.)

Going Forward

No More Lost Time

Okay, so my week started out wierd.  If the church hadn't sent all those pies home with us, I wouldn't have had a problem.....right?!?!  So the church DID send home many wonderful pieces of pie home with us, it was all downhill after the luncheon.  A blessing, but nevertheless a test--one I failed at miserably.  And, so for two days, I kept eating some pie here, some there, and I have no idea how many calories I consumed....suffice to say, I earned my way back to my starting ...

Love the Food Tracker!

It is so great to use the food tracker.  I know I want to hit about 400 calories each for 3 meals and 1 snack.  Even though I went ahead and had the pb cookies (habit) I can just skip the afternoon snack, and still be ok.  Maybe a sloppy plan, but a plan.  It makes such a difference to be able to log what I consume and have this wonderful tool to tell me calorie, fat, protein, carb, and any other kind of count I'd want to know.
