  • Yeah....day two completed.  Feeling good about myself.  Yesterday was my day to do cardio...because the machine I wanted was taken I did a few leg and arm workouts while I was waiting.  Once the machine was free...the elipticol...(spelling?).  I like that machine...less impact on my knees. What I found helpful....was listening to my daughters IP...
