  • Hi, I saw your post, and got to thinking...if you are wheelchair bound, you could still do some basic weight work, with low weights(2-10lb) you could curl, press, and generally lift.....try sifting through some of the how to videos in the shoulders and arms categories to see what you can do :) Limitations are only that, and any exercise is good, so keep hope and good luck :)
