    This morning was a fitness walk to the over-turned spa and back.  Started out strong, faded fast.  Should have paced myself a bit better.  Bowflex for this afternoon, Elliptical trainer tomorrow morning, then Bowflex tomorrow night.

    I am finding it particularly difficult during the winter months. I don't feel like walking or going to the gym! I'm back to my old habit of munching on food all night. I know what I need to do to get back on the program, but I just can't seem to kick start myself.
