Countdown from the described amount of reps by one rep after each round, heavy up the weight as much as possible and take as little amount of rest between sets as possible.     

 

There are three rest days a week, i would do from 20-30 minutes of whatever cardio you want for one or two of your rest days.

There are 3 rest days a week, I consider doing 20 to 30 minutes of any cardio 1 to 2 days a week on rest days.

exercises are to be done alternating 2 different muscles. Like doing chest and when finishing chest going with back right away and then rest and repeat. Same with bicep and tricep.

    Day two... made another trek to the gym.  I feel better when I work out.  Should have never stopped.  Love the EFX cross trainer.  Burns 450 calories in 45 minutes.  My goal is to do 45 minutes a day for 5 days, and 60-75 crunches 3 times this week, lift some weights 2 times this week.  Did the crunches today so all is well.  Tune in for day 3
